It all started when…
Growing up as a competitive dancer, fitness was always a huge part of who I was. I took my first yoga class when I was in high school and it served as the perfect gateway into other group fitness classes. Fitness is a pillar in my life and keeps me grounded and strong both physically and mentally.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga in 2010 and have been teaching yoga ever since. I have lead several 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs as well as numerous intensives and love working with both students and instructors. I also completed a 50-hour Fierce Movement Program at Fierce 45 in February of 2019. My teaching style is upbeat and hands-on, and music is always an integral part of my teaching.
